Admiralty Arch has stood at the top of The Mall, looking down towards Buckingham Palace, since 1912. Hilton has now opened reservations for Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch, with stays bookable from 1 March 2027. The hotel is owned by Reuben Brothers and operated by Hilton under its Waldorf Astoria brand.
What we know so far
- 114 rooms, suites and residences inside the Grade I listed building, according to Hilton
- Coreus, a fine dining restaurant by Clare Smyth MBE
- Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud, serving all day on the rooftop
- A bar concept by Clare Smyth, plus a private spa with sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy pool
- A restored ballroom with a nine-metre Murano chandelier, and suites that draw on the building's naval history
Why it matters
Address matters in London, and few addresses come close to this one. The Arch sits between Trafalgar Square and St James's Park, a short walk from Mayfair, Whitehall and the West End theatres. For clients who usually stay in Mayfair or Knightsbridge, it offers something new: a historic setting with ceremonial London on the doorstep.
Opening months are when the best suites are hardest to secure. Early guests also tend to get the most attention from a new team that is keen to make an impression.
How we can help
We can request a specific suite category, check availability around the dates that matter to you, such as Chelsea Flower Show week or a family occasion, and reserve tables at Coreus once bookings open. If you would rather wait for the first reviews, we can place a provisional hold where the hotel allows it and keep you updated.
As with any new opening, details can change before the first guests arrive. We confirm everything directly with the hotel before you commit.
