These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Instacoins Concierge & Lifestyle services. By requesting or using our concierge services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Instacoins Concierge & Lifestyle provides lifestyle management, concierge services, and assistance connecting clients with third-party suppliers (such as hotels, restaurants, event organizers, or other service providers). We act solely as a facilitator and do not provide or guarantee the third-party services ourselves.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Pay for any services requested from third-party providers as required
4. Payments & Fees
- Any fees for our concierge services will be communicated before confirmation.
- Payments may be required in advance.
- Payments to third-party suppliers are the client’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Third-Party Services
We act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for:
- The quality, availability, or performance of third-party services
- Delays, cancellations, or errors by third-party suppliers
- Any disputes arising from services provided by third parties
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instacoins Concierge & Lifestyle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or third-party suppliers.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Instacoins Concierge & Lifestyle, its employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or interactions with third-party suppliers.
8. Data Protection
Your personal information will be processed according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR for Germany, Netherlands, and Switzerland.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supplier failures.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
