DiverXO ranked No. 4 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list. Chef Dabiz Muñoz's restaurant in Madrid is known for its theatrical, boundary-pushing tasting menu.

It is also one of the hardest tables in Europe to secure. According to its booking partner CoverManager, the calendar opens 90 days ahead and each new date sells out within minutes, with the menu charged at the time of booking.

We handle the reservation request on your behalf, with the timing and flexibility that give you the best chance, and plan the trip around the confirmed date. We are not affiliated with DiverXO, and no one can guarantee a table, but we will always tell you honestly what is possible.
