The request
A private client from the USA wanted to see the total solar eclipse over western Iceland on 12 August 2026, the first total solar eclipse seen from Iceland since 1954. Demand for accommodation along the path of totality was intense.
What we did
We secured a private villa well in advance and arranged a guide who studied the forecasts and the terrain, so the group could move to the clearest viewing point on the day.
The outcome
