The request
A family office client in Geneva decided one morning that he would not be flying commercial that day. He sent a single message asking for a private jet the same day.
What we did
We sourced aircraft available from Geneva that day, confirmed the best option with the client, and arranged catering on board and a car to meet him on arrival. The client had nothing further to do.
The outcome
“I decided over breakfast that I wasn't flying commercial that day. By lunchtime there was a jet waiting in Geneva, catering sorted and a car at the other end. One message, no follow-ups.”
