Disfrutar reservation: a table at the 2024 World's No. 1 restaurant in Barcelona
Disfrutar was named No. 1 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2024 list. It is run by three chefs, Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casañas, who worked together for years at elBulli before opening their own restaurant in Barcelona.
Their creative tasting menu is playful and technically brilliant. Forbes Brasil reported in 2025 that waits for a table can run to around a year, so planning early matters.
