Guests begin at Taaibosch Private Estate, an estate not open to the public, where a private vineyard drive leads to a scenic lookout point before a guided cellar visit with the winemaker. A premium tasting of estate red wines, paired with carefully selected cheeses and charcuterie, sets the tone for the day. The experience continues to Rupert and Rothschild Vignerons Restaurant for a refined lunch in a newly renovated space that blends classic elegance with contemporary design, with a menu focused on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

The final stop is Glen Carlou, where guests are granted exclusive access to the private barrel room. A guided walk-through with the head sommelier or winemaker covers vintage tastings, cellar maturation and the winemaking process in detail, offering a rare and immersive insight into terroir-driven production.
